Commtex started in Year 2005 has commenced full-fledged operations in the year 2009 with its state of the art Electronic commerce cash exchange suite, www.ecashxchange.com catering to the funding needs of individuals and business. The www.eindustryxchange.com is yet another exchange suite catering to the needs of dealers and distributors for getting import and export sale leads from all over the globe.
In the year 2010, Commtex started its Mobile Division with a state of the art Android based Realtime Bidirectional Audio Video streaming platform for a US based startup company.
Year 2011, Commtex released Sales Force Automation product for Pharmacecutical Companies - Commtex SFA - SFA provides a Field Reporting System for managing the Field staff reporting of pharmaceutical company. The software empowers field staff to record the field activities and managers to view sales data online with an ability to slice and dice the data for analytics.
Year 2012, Commtex released Enterprise-wide Resource Planning Product - Commtex ERP on the Cloud. Commtex’s Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system integrates internal and external management information across an entire organization, embracing finance/accounting, manufacturing, sales and service, customer relationship management, etc. Commtex’s ERP system automates this activity with an integrated software application to facilitate the flow of information between all business functions inside the boundaries of the organization (Educational Institution) and manage the connections to outside stakeholders.
Year 2013, Commtex partnered with Acumatica a leading Cloud based ERP Solution provider and implemented Acumatica on Windows Azure for a large multi location software company based in Gurgaon and Kolkata. Commtex also partnered with JAAS Systems for the Manufacturing Solution over Acumatica
Year 2014, Commtex rearchitected Commtex ERP Solution on the Cloud with complete automated solution for companies using Tally ERP to easily migrate data within minutes and matched every feature and configuration of Tally ERP - Accounting, Inventory and Payroll. The product also includes the CRM for managing the customers.
Year 2015, Commtex released Academic Research Platform, Commtex Flight Duty Time Limitation System, Commtex Vehicle Tracking System and is also in the process of releasing Enterprise Solutions and products on a number of verticals.
Year 2016, Commtex further enhancing the Commtex ERP Solution with Web API based XRP Platform for developers to add on solutions on the Cloud with integration to Telephony and third party applications. Commmtex also plans to build new Industry specific vertical solutions over the Acumatica Platform.
Sameer Wagh –Managing Director has over 25 years of experience in the Professional Services Consulting & Software Products Development industry. Prior to Commtex, Mr. Wagh was a Chief Technology Officer of Cirrius Wireless Technologies specializing in Mobile, Wireless and Web Technologies.
Mr. Wagh spent bulk of his service in Global CMMI Level 5 software companies, Tata Consulting Services (TCS), Hexaware Technologies and Mastek. During his tenure, he developed new business and headed large groups of software teams to manage multiple software project engagements with key Global companies such as General Motors, Deutsche Leasing, Pegasus Solutions, Cummins Engine Co, Dresdner RCM, and NASD Regulations. Mr.Wagh was a Principal consultant for Best Buy, Jamcracker and Oman International Bank's strategic consulting engagements.
Mr. Wagh has started up the Software Product Solutions Group, Information Technology Services group, Strategic Consulting Group, Program Management Group and Offshore Management group and has conceptualized the ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, SFA - Sales Force Automation, EMS - Education Management System, CTM - Clinical Trial Management, VTS - Vehicle Tracking System and FDTL - Flight Duty Time Limitation Solutions. Prior to that Mr. Wagh conceptualized the Finance Exchange and Industry Exchange solutions, all playing a key role in the growth of Commtex's business.
Mr. Wagh specializes in Consulting, Program Management, Innovative Products Solution, ERP, CRM Implementation and is a expert in Software Services, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Healthcare domain. Mr. Wagh graduated from Mumbai University with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Post Graduation in Software Engineering from NCST.
Nitin Wagle –President and Director has over 25 years of experience in Business Development and Systems Engineering Services industry. Prior to Commtex, Mr. Wagle was heading the Business Development for Enterprise Cloud Solutions, ERP for Clearlogy Solutions Pvt. Ltd and Soft Solutions Implementations.
Mr. Wagle spent bulk of his service heading Service Delivery for Jeraisy Computer and Communication Services, Saudi Arabia, to ensure end-to-end ownership of incidents and Service Requests, Understanding and Co-ordinating Client's needs / enhancements, customization, networking related issues of clients to provide solutions in adherence to delivery schedules.
Mr. Wagle is an expert in maintenance of in-house Data Cenres, System Hardware, System Software of almost all Computer Systems available today.
Mr. Wagle is managing the ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Marketing, Acumatica Marketing and is the head of Data Center Operations.
Dr. E J Sarma –Chief HR Advisor and Director has over 35 years of experience as a Change Accelerator, Leadership, Organization Change Management-Transformation coach. Prior to Commtex, Dr. Sarma was a Global Director /VP - Human Capital Management-HR for Saama Technologies where he developed Leadership and Management of a global team of 25 senior managers and HR strategies for global operations across Human Resources, People Practices & Talent Acquisition
Dr. Sarma spent bulk of his service with Saama Technologies, MASTEK and was the Chief Advisor of Rave Technologies, heading HCM / OCM Interventions, Change Management during Large scale ERP implementations, Leadership coaching - LPI-LEAD, Team Effectiveness, Strategic Planning, 360 degree Assessments, Organizational Diagnostics, Design, Culture and Leadership Development.
Dr. Sarma is an expert in Organizational Development and Effectiveness, Leadership Coaching and Development, Performance Management, Global compensation/Total rewards, Mergers, Acquisitions, and Integration, Employee Relations and managing Compensation & Benefits of executives.
Dr. Sarma is the Chief HR Advisor, Board Member and shall be shaping strategies and course correction for Commtex Solutions.
Mitesh Makwana–Director and General Manager Asia has over 18 years of experience in Software Development Industry. Prior to Commtex, Mr. Makwana was in the USA doing a number of Consulting Engagements for global clientele.
A Global Big Data, Datawarehousing and Analytics Consultant of repute, Mr. Makwana spent bulk of his service as an Senior Oracle Database Architect for Marlabs through which he did a number of projects for Ralcorp Holdings, IBM, Target, Humana, Minnesota Public Radio and United Health Group.
Mr. Makwana is managing the marketing of all Oracle, Big Data, Data Analytics, ERP, ECommerce initiatives in Asia Pacific and is the head of Data Advisory and Consulting Practice.
Kishor Kawle–Director and General Manager Africa has over 18 years of experience in Software Development Industry. Prior to Commtex, Mr. Kawle was in the USA doing a number of Consulting Engagements for global clientele.
Mr. Kawle spent bulk of his services in Tata Consulting Services doing Global Consulting Engagements of Microsoft SharePoint Implementations in the USA and has worked in Oil and Gas, Banking and Government projects.
Mr. Kawle is managing the marketing of all Microsoft, ERP, ECommerce initiatives in Africa and is the head of the Microsoft Practice.
